Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return within 14 days of delivery date. Free to contact our customer service info@laelfinejewelry.com within 3 days of delivery for a return authorization. 

  • Returns must be unworn, undamaged and all items must be in original conditions. 
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from the credited amount

Allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed, once processed you will be notified by email. LA’EL Fine Jewelry is not responsible for the return items damaged in the mail or lost in transit. If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

We can’t accept the returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Made to Diamond Jewelry order
  • Name, initial styles order
  • Items purchased during the sale event

All these above orders are FINAL SALE.

 

Shipping Processing Time

All confirmed orders are excepted to ship within 7-10 business days. Some products may see longer lead times pending operational availability or being special made-to-order pieces.  

Most shipments within the United States ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS services and require a signature upon delivery.
